Friday Favorites 2/7/14

Happy Friday beautiful women (and maybe a few men)! It's Fridayyyyy finally. This week flew by luckily. It's been a BUSY week but luckily I have a lot of good things going on right now and have plenty to say for Friday Favorites :)

So yesterday I put up a post about self-love and one of the tips for February I wrote about was waking up early to work out. Well, I took that tip to heart the last two mornings and woke up at 5 am to get in some yoga and let me tell you, it was a game changer. I have never been that awake in open gym and that alert all day. This will definitely be an almost everyday thing during the week.


I literally NEED these plates from World Market. I am planning on driving into town Saturday specifically to pick these up. Literally need them.


This smoothie has been a life saver the last two weeks! I'll be putting the recipe up next week!


Some sun salutations in my classroom before my students came in...love forward folds.

I love this picture of my inverted plank....just looks nice. This is from my yoga sequence for stronger arms from earlier! 


And I'm still loving yesterday's post...self-love is the mantra this month!

  3. Those plates are amazing!! I love world market! I've been meaning to start my mornings with a little yoga too, but just haven't. You definitely have motivated me to get my butt in gear.

  5. I was loving my body at yoga this week too! I am so looking forward to a weekend of relaxing although I kind of think it is going to be busy!

  6. YAY for morning yoga! I too really dig practicing yoga first thing in the AM and usually do so on the weekends and once or twice during the week when I can squeeze it in.
