Chocolate Breakfast Quinoa

Yayyyy chocolate! I've been living on egg whites, sweet potatoes, turkey and chicken and I neeeeeeded something sweet. 

Chocolate Breakfast Quinoa
1 cup cooked quinoa
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp Stevia
.5 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup almond milk

Mix. Eat!



Maybe not the prettiest picture/meal but so good....and a good carb switch up from oats.


Last day of school and a cute dress :)


Aaand yesterday morning I had a slight variation...instead of cocoa powder I used PB2 chocolate peanut butter mix and 1/2 cup almond milk.
