Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I cannot stop eating this dip. I just can't. It's soooo addicting! I ate it last night with bell peppers, this morning with bell peppers, and then I put leftover dip on my salad at lunch. So. Yum.

 
Spinach Artichoke Dip
1 red bell pepper (or 4 minis)
1 14 ounce can/jar artichoke hearts
2-3 cups spinach
1/2 avacado
lemon juice
garlic (powder, clove, whatever)
salt and pepper
nutritional yeast (optional)










Aaaaahmazing salad
Spring Mix Greens
Broccoli Slaw
Asparagus
Artichoke hearts
1 tbsp feta cheese
Salmon
Leftover Spinach Artichoke Dip
