Cake Batter Protein Shake

I. Love. Cake. Batter. No, seriously. Love it. It's my favorite thing in the world probably. It's delicious, creamy, sweet, and has literally the best texture ever. Even though if I could I would eat it every day, for obvious reasons, I don't. Lots of sugar, butter, fat....all the delicious things we wish we could eat copious amounts of and our bodies would never show it! Anyway blah blah blah cake batter.....but now in a healthy protein shake form :)

Warning:  Yes this is delicious and once you try it you will probably want it every day for, like, forever so..you were warned.


1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese (or greek yogurt....but the cottage cheese gives it a thicker texture)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 drops butter or almond extract
1 tbs vanilla sugar free instant pudding mix
1 tbsp Stevia/Truvia (or to taste)
1/2 cup almond milk (alter this according to desired consistency)
5 ice cubes

Optional: sprinkles for garnish
